Saturday - April 25 from 7pm-9:30pm
Women’s Gab and Glean - Come chat, learn, and glean something new.
Gab & Glean is a welcoming gathering where women connect, share stories, and learn practical skills from one another. Each event features women from our church community sharing something she’s learned—from cooking and homemaking to crafts, organization, or everyday life wisdom. It’s a simple space to grow in friendship, encourage one another, and glean something meaningful together.
Sessions offered will be Women’s Health & Hormones with PA-C Jenny Lessman, Cupcake Decorating, and a Color Code Fashion Class!

What to expect at lakes area moms
We meet two Wednesday mornings each month for connection, friendship, spiritual growth, and care. Registration Fees: $60 per mom per semester. (September-December/January-April).
child care
Childcare (0-4yrs) is provided and included in the registration fee. Home School Class (5yrs+) is $10 per child per semester.
breakfast
At each gathering, we share breakfast. Some of the best conversations, laughter, and encouragement happen in these simple moments. To make it easy for everyone, tables rotate, bringing something to share, which usually means helping with breakfast just once per semester.
connection
Each gathering includes time to connect over breakfast, enjoy a game or craft together, hear a short message from a guest speaker, and engage in meaningful table discussions about life, faith, and everyday experiences.
Meet Taunya!
Taunya Todd, Lakes Area Vineyard Women’s Event Coordinator
Taunya is passionate about leading women to connect and discover the beauty and wonder there is in following Jesus. She and her husband, Steve, moved to Detroit Lakes in September of 2022 where they are learning to navigate the empty nest season after raising 3 children. Taunya brings to Lakes Area Vineyard over 15 years of experience in leading and speaking at women's events.
